陜西省橫山進(jìn)出口有限責(zé)任公司榆林工廠（下稱工廠）地處陜甘寧接壤的中心城市陜西省榆林市，是最大的綠豆出口基地。工廠占地面積為26000多平方米，設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)模為：精選出口綠豆1.5萬噸/年，紅小豆及其他雜豆2萬噸/年。工廠擁有從英國、日本引進(jìn)的先進(jìn)糧谷精選和檢驗(yàn)設(shè)備以及國內(nèi)行業(yè)先進(jìn)的清糧機(jī)、去石機(jī)、比重機(jī)、拋光機(jī)、提升機(jī)、色選機(jī)等生產(chǎn)加工設(shè)備和檢驗(yàn)檢測設(shè)備，同時(shí)采用先進(jìn)的生產(chǎn)工藝流程，從原料采購、檢驗(yàn)、加工、倉儲(chǔ)以及銷售等各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)進(jìn)行嚴(yán)格的過程管控，并嚴(yán)格按照ISO9001國際質(zhì)量體系、QS認(rèn)證以及HACCP食品安全體系認(rèn)證的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)控制產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量，確保“HENGSHAN”牌大明綠豆質(zhì)量精益求精，滿足客戶需求。公司產(chǎn)品出口至日本、韓國、歐洲、臺(tái)灣以及東南亞等國家和地區(qū)，連續(xù)多年為日本最大的綠豆進(jìn)口供應(yīng)商。
Yulin Factory of Shaanxi Hengshan Import and Export Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Factory") is located in Yulin City, Shaanxi Province, a central city bordering Shaanxi, Gansu, and Ningxia, and is the largest mungbean export base. The factory covers an area of over 26,000 square meters and has a designed capacity of 15,000 tons/year of selected exported mungbeans and 20,000 tons/year of red beans and other minor beans. The factory is equipped with advanced grain selection and inspection equipment imported from the UK and Japan, as well as domestically advanced processing equipment and inspection and testing equipment such as cleaning machines, destoning machines, gravity separators, polishing machines, elevators, color sorters, etc. It adopts advanced production processes and strictly controls each step from raw material procurement, inspection, processing, storage, and sales, adhering to the standards of ISO9001 International Quality System, QS Certification, and HACCP Food Safety System Certification to ensure the quality of "HENGSHAN" brand Daming mungbeans is continuously refined to meet customer needs. The company's products are exported to countries and regions such as Japan, Korea, Europe, Taiwan, and Southeast Asia, and it has been the largest mungbean import supplier to Japan for consecutive years.
